DO I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?

Yes, For SmartPc registered mail, you will get a tracking number, along with your shipping confirmation for mailing option.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

We ship islandwide in Singapore.

For overseas shipping, please get in touch with our customer service at contactus@toybox.sg to check on the shipping cost. 
Toybox use mailing / courier services to ship your order and therefore you must supply full address. Your delivery can be a business address, please ensure you include as much detail like your name or location with in the business. 

WHAT IS YOUR DELIVERY COST

For parcels delivery , we charge at a flat rate of $5. Delivery will take 1 -2 working days. For urgent deliveries, you may contact our customer service for assistance.
